We are excited to share with all of you the big news regarding the transformation of our Yoga Studio! After much mindful consideration, we have decided to start our own independent Yoga organization. Evolation is a whole new enterprise devoted to your Self discovery.
Now that we are on this exciting journey, we'll be able to offer a wider range of classes and programs in order to move into a broader spectrum of Yoga teachings. But for all of you who don't want to miss the classes as you know them, our current schedule will remain the same, with Bikram method classes on the times that you are used to. In addition we will offer guided mediation classes and 60 minute classes with less heat with the focus on the beginning student. In the future we will be adding a more advanced hot flow class and kids classes.
Over the next few weeks and months, we will be introducing new class offerings, changing our logo, putting up a new sign, updating our website, announcing several special deals and expanding our class schedule.

Roberto Valenza
Tuesday, January 19th, 2010 our dear friend and yoga teacher Roberto Valenza passed away in hospice in Springhill, Florida. The last months he has suffered from liver cancer with quiet grace and unimaginable strength. He now suffers no more.
In loving memory or our now fully spirited friend, the 5:30PM class on Friday, January 29th will be a silent class.
After this class we have a celebration for Roberto, by sharing memories, stories, pictures, and his poetry.
Everyone is welcome to share their energy.
